  AISprints and Agentic SDLC approaches in real delivery - context gates, multi-agent patterns, eval-driven quality gates, and micro-sprints. Pilot outcomes - ~50% defect reduction and ~30% engineer time saved on selected feature releases. AWS AI-DLC is a related named method in the same shift, not a claim that this work implements it.   As Data Science Manager for Cognowise learning analytics - student retention and course-success risk models at about ~91% precision on millions of events, with US executive engagement.

  Privacy-first Mistral / Codestral tooling for coding, test generation, and docs - about ~150 internal engineers. Governance and adoption over demo theater.

  Multi-country portfolio work spanning US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan where accurate - including on-site executive engagements. Earlier Pearson digital learning products and founding India team work at Imfinity (acquired into Excelsoft).

Current role - Senior Software Development Manager, Excelsoft Technologies - Noida / Mysore. Engineering leadership across hiring and mentoring, delivery governance, stakeholder management, and roadmap ownership for a multi-location org (~30 engineers, 9 direct).
