I lead a multi-product engineering portfolio for enterprise customers across the US, UK, Australia, and Canada. Scope covers a ~30-engineer multi-location org across Noida and Mysore (9 direct), managed through team leads, with ownership of hiring plans, promotions, and engineering budget and cost decisions. The work stays grounded in architecture, delivery governance, and measurable outcomes.
Hands-on work sits next to that scope: architecture contributor and services delivery owner on Pearson CRX microservices, shipped AI product features, and a privacy-first self-hosted LLM platform - while leading 9 directs.
